1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cu66 website at cu66.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account facilities accessible through it.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the cu66 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the cu66 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account by cu66.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other accepted payment methods, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on cu66 are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process cu66 may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious account activity.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region in which online gambling or use of the cu66 Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cu66 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;
• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Understand and accept the risks associated with online gambling.

These Terms apply alongside cu66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of your agreement with cu66. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any part of the cu66 Platform. cu66 enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Jurisdiction

The cu66 Platform is operated for users located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the cu66 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cu66 does not accept registrations from players in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling online, you must not use the cu66 Platform. Self-excluded players — whether through cu66's own tools or through any third-party responsible gaming programme — are not permitted to attempt to register or access their Account during their exclusion period.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use cu66's real-money services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current at all times. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one cu66 Account. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. cu66 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, cu66 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cu66 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. cu66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify cu66 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cu66 may at any time require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. cu66 reserves the right to close Accounts and withhold funds where KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable time or where documentation is found to be fraudulent.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cu66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cu66 does not currently accept credit cards, debit cards, or international bank transfers as primary funding methods.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to the limits published in your Account dashboard and any applicable KYC restrictions.
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply. cu66 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your cu66 Account in real time under normal operating conditions. In the event of a delayed deposit, you should contact cu66 support with your transaction reference number. cu66 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being completed and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. cu66 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Where a Player attempts to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement, only Real Money Funds may be withdrawn — Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon early withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on cu66 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These general Bonus Terms apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by the promotion's individual terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. cu66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or cancel any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing the bonus system, operating multiple Accounts, or using any other method to circumvent the intent of a promotion.

6.4 cu66's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

cu66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or loyalty programme at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering is in progress, cu66 will endeavour to honour the original terms of that specific promotion unless fraud or abuse is detected.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on cu66 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. cu66 will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except as set out in Section 7.3.

7.2 Odds and Markets

cu66 reserves the right to suspend, void, or remove any betting market at any time. Published odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to settlement of that bet unless the market is subsequently voided under Section 7.3.

7.3 Void Bets and Market Cancellations

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the accepted settlement window;
• The bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error on cu66's part;
• The market is suspended by cu66 due to irregular betting patterns or integrity concerns;
• The outcome cannot be determined with reasonable certainty.

7.4 Insufficient Funds

Bets will only be accepted if your Account Balance is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time of placement. cu66 does not offer credit facilities. Bets placed with insufficient funds will be rejected automatically by the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cu66 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own details or those of another person;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Account of another Player;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice in relation to any sporting event offered on cu66;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other unlawful financial activity;
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables or in any other game format;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cu66 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit made to your cu66 Account fraudulently.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cu66 Platform — including but not limited to the cu66 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, databases, and user interface elements — is the property of cu66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the cu66 Platform or its content without the express written permission of cu66.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cu66 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, or circumstances beyond cu66's reasonable control;
• Errors or omissions in the information provided on the Platform, including odds, scores, or game outcomes;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cu66's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cu66 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

cu66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at cu66.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cu66 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. cu66 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

cu66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings from your Account dashboard;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications when you have been actively playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting cu66 support.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by cu66

cu66 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time where cu66 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct. During a suspension, the Player may not access their Account, place bets, or request withdrawals pending the outcome of cu66's investigation.

13.2 Permanent Closure by cu66

Following investigation, cu66 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, cu66 may withhold the Account Balance in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach, as permitted by applicable law.

13.3 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your cu66 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cu66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cu66 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 13.3.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. cu66 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific claims regarding licensing by any named regulatory authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
